In part 1 of this online workshop, facilitator Diane Wilkinson helps you explore how your everyday choices shape your leadership impact. Using the Choice Impact Model ©, you will learn to align your intentions with how your actions and words are perceived, reflect on how you show up and communicate, and discover practical ways to adapt your approach through making ‘pink star’ choices to increase clarity, influence, and effectiveness as a leader.

This course comprises of two two-hour online workshops, delivered over Zoom.

Cost: £70 for JLC member organisations, £80 for non JLC member organisations. This price covers part 1 (9th June) and part 2 (23rd June).

• Aims

  • Explore how leadership choices influence your presence and impact

  • Introduce the choice impact model as a tool for intentional leadership 

  • Help leaders reflect, using their strengths and weaknesses and how their actions, words and behaviours are perceived 

  • Provide practical strategies to adapt communication and leadership style 

  • Encourage stepping into the stretch zone to achieve desired impact
