This full day session is aimed at those who are interested to learn more about conscious leadership, namely change and transformation to create a better world.
To affect meaningful change, the world needs conscious leaders; people with great leadership skills who are driven by purpose and intention. Leaders who are driven to have an impact not only within their current role, who also want to be part of the change necessary to create a kinder, fairer society, safeguard the environment and develop the next generation of leaders. More than that they also need to be able to keep a future focused mindset while managing the challenges of their day-to-day work.
This interactive and fun workshop, facilitated by specialist Conscious Leadership Coach Chris Cooper, will introduce to you the elements that comprise conscious leadership and how, in a very practical way, to incorporate them into your role as a leader.
